From the Director - Sister Janet Doyle, OP

These are days too precious to waste.

Not to attend --  irreparable loss.

Summer, in her aging, is lovelier than in her youth.

                Greens and blues are deeper,

                The quiet more profound,

                The waters more still.

Summer, in mature beauty,

                Awaits fall's transformation  --

                The inexplicable slip into radiance.

This poem, from a book of poems by Adrian Dominican Sister Jean Denomme, OP, is an example of the many thoughtful, prayerful, and reflective books available in our Weber Book and Gift Shop.
